1) Software Development Services: Mr. Schultze has over 29 years of external and internal consulting experience with several firms in the areas of materials handling, system administration, process automation, development process tools creation, system analysis, design, and documentation.

a) Demag System Technics: Implemented baseline software tool set designs including source code preprocessor and generator, a recursive language parser. Participated as a programmer on projects that utilized the baseline software system for clients such as Plascon Paints (South Africa), Terumo Medical Systems (Maryland), and Caterpillar (Indiana).

b) Michigan Bell: Cable Transfer and Maintenance Work List Management system. Performed analysis, system design, and implemented a management tool for project execution and planning.

c) Steelcase, Inc: Facilities Commissioning and Maintenance Support system for-Steelcase's Corporate Development Center. Developed a database system of construction details for the new, “pyramid” Development Center. The database system utilized a natural language front end that allowed secretarial staff to perform ad hoc queries at the request of Steelcase clients after touring the new facility.

d) Rapistan Systems: Designed and implemented the first UNIX based product for monitoring conveyor systems and controlling the wave/batch flow of orders through the facility. Specialized in a standardized, table driven interface to Allen Bradley PLC’s.

e) Rapistan Systems: Utilized the base product source code to implement a number of customized installations for national trucking company. As the result of the project work, produced a baseline framework for use as a starting point for subsequent projects.

f) Rapistan Systems: Vancouver International Airport – utilized the previously mentioned baseline to develop a baggage sortation control system that has been replicated at a number of subsequent baggage control systems.

g) Provia Software: Took over the technical and project lead of a troubled implementation for a key client. Cleaned up the existing system, led a team of software developers, and had the client’s implementation team rolling out sites independently after two years of training and three iterations of assisted installations.

h) General Motors: Developed a Kanban Analysis and Maintenance System that operates in conjunction with the lean principles implemented by the Optiprise consulting team for the Shenyang, P.R.C. joint venture.
